If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide the best solution.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For pet clothes, customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, and style before placing an order. If the issue was caused by our fulfillment process, we will help resolve it with a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.
